Q - Why use this one and not others out there?
A - If you choose not to make alanisfan your primary address, you can still use it on e-mail list's, as a trading address or anything you like to keep those messages separate from your other mail which is a bonus in it's self. You can set your alanisfan mail to notify your ICQ number or another e-mail account when there are messages waiting for you.

Q - What is my user name?
A - Your user name is the name you use as your alanisfan mail address, for example if your alanisfan address is "yourname@alanisfan.zzn.com" then your user name is "yourname".

Q - Who can alter my e-mail account settings and info?
A - Only you!. Pure Alanis staff currently has no access to change, delete or modify your alanisfan e-mail account settings. We will never have access to read or intercept your e-mail either, you have total privacy.

Q - What if I have lost my password?
A - Try going to the password reminder page and see if that helps jog your memory. Pure Alanis staff can not access your account info to retrieve your password for you sorry.
